Im not sure if DR's still give tablet's to dry up milk. If you are in pain & have lump's you should go see your DR to rule out blocked duct's & mastitis. to help with the dring place cold cabbage leaves in your bra ( I know it sounds weird but it will work) also you could try & express just for comfort, heat will also help ie: hot showers running on your breast, warm cloth placed on the boob. Unfortunatly there isn't really a quick method to dry up the milk but theses will help take the pain & discomfort out of the prosses
